Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Client Portal (“Portal”), operated by Space City Web Designs (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at https://portal.spacecitywebdesigns.com.

By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

1. Who May Use the Portal

The Portal is a private platform available only to verified clients of Space City Web Designs.
You must have an active client relationship with us and an authorized user account to access the Portal.
The Portal is not open to the public, and registration is restricted to individuals and organizations with whom we have an agreement.
We verify your access based on the email address associated with your client account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Purpose & Use

The Portal enables clients to collaborate with us, upload content, track project progress, communicate, and manage project materials.
You may create, upload, and manage content in the Portal, but you remain solely responsible for ensuring that such content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Content You Upload

By uploading or creating content in the Portal, you agree:

Not to upload or create any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
That you retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it as needed to fulfill your project.
That you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload the content you provide.

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Payments

Payments for services are not collected through the Portal.
All payments are handled separately via Stripe, in accordance with your service agreement.
You are responsible for making timely payments as specified in your agreement with us.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials and tools we provide in the Portal (other than your uploaded content) are owned by Space City Web Designs and may only be used for your project.
You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use our materials outside the scope of your project without written permission.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and take appropriate measures to protect your information.

By using the Portal, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined below:

We collect and store only the information necessary to provide the Portal and your project services, such as your name, email, and project-related content.
We do not collect or process payment information in the Portal. Payments are handled by Stripe.
For analytics, usability improvements, and error tracking, we use the following third-party services:
Sentry (error tracking & debugging)
Microsoft Clarity (session analytics)
Google Analytics (traffic and usage analytics)
These services may use cookies or similar technologies to help us monitor and improve the Portal.
We will never sell or share your personal information with unrelated third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Availability & Disclaimer of Liability

We strive to keep the Portal available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Portal, including any loss of data or interruption of service.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Portal.
Access will also terminate if your client relationship with us ends.
